Hard Insole
They it as expected and they did keep my feet warm over the winter. However, the insole is not at all comfortable. Don't let the softness of the fake fur fool you--eventually, you won't notice how soft it is, but you will notice that the insoles are too hard. Otherwise, I love this boot. If you're going to purchase them, I recommend that you buy some insert insoles to help cushion your feet.
