Not happy.
This is the third PiSector I bought. Decided to return because they claim that I can do everything via App., Well the app does not send me a immediate notification when the alarm is triggered. If I'm not in my home network, will not get the notification at all (unless I go through a bunch of network configuration).One very important feature that they removed from this system is the ability to monitor and arm/disarm via SMS or phone call. For those reasons I decided to return the system and I think PiSector just lost a customer.The customer service refunded me and treated me well, which is good.

Quits working at times and has to be reset.
Have had this unit for some time and at times it quits working and has to be reset (reinstalled). Emails to customer service go unanswered for days, if at all. Bought this system because of experience we had with older more expensive GSM Pisector alarm system that worked well.
