Love this book! As an adventurous, very keen beginner and self taught quilter, I have several quilting books but none match the standards of this one. Not only do the projects feel fresh and modern, but this book has all the basics gathered in One volume. It teaches ALL the essential skills and techniques in one handy book. So no more desperate hunt for that elusive Pinterest pin when you're trying to get the hang of a technique. Instead just look it all up in this brilliant book. Can't recommend it enough!

I am keen to start quilting and have looked at several books for beginners but have been disappointed. They seem to go straight into designs when I wanted advice on putting basic squares together. This book tells me exactly what I need to know and there are plenty of designs to choose from when I've mastered the basics. Thank you!

Easy to read and great for a beginner. Good small project ideas to start you off before attempting a massive quilt. Lovely pictures but relevant and well written text. Would make a good present for a beginner.

I gave this as a gift to my niece to get her started in the world of quilting. It will help her a lot.
