This is my second pair of these shoes. My first pair was black but they were not available in my size at this time. These appear to be discontinued also.I ordered the BOL not being sure what to expect. They have a very subtle brown undertone in natural light. Otherwise they look black to me. I really like the color. Also the area around the ankle is covered. My black ones were not and broke down in this area.I would buy the BOL over black for that reason alone.I only wear these shoes indoors and they have lasted two years. Very comfortable walking around on the hardwood floors.

These are economical, and look good enough to wear for practically any occasion, Well made and exceptionally comfortable!!

Wide heel adds stability. Good for us older folks.

Fit like a glove and still wearing them.

On my second pair because the first pair got a bit grubby working in my hobby shop.Still use my first pair for knock around and the second for more dress up.

I wear them almost every day. Great shoes.

Not bad for the price ,,,the tongue on one shoe cut a sore on top of my foot so I suppose you have to wear socks with them

I purchased the shoes for my son who is 32 years old. He loves them! Find them very comfortable and he likes the way they look also.Quality is excellent we would buy it again!
