Takes a while to start burning so don't use two by accident. Burns really evenly and slow however which is really nice. I would suggest burning it directly over an electronic stove until all four sides are red. But make sure you pay attention and don't burn your house down!

Not the worst coals I have used
Not the worst coals I have used, but, pretty bad. If you're going to use them, you need some sort of filter (a lotus or something). They give the shisha a terrible taste when used straight on foil.On top of this, you really need to heat them for at least 20 minutes on a burner and they STILL wont burn completely.

I would not recommend it for a quick house use
I would not recommend it for a quick house use. However, I didn't have any other option to buy when I bought it.

Waste of money. Smell awful, break easily.
Don't waste your money. They break easily, and they smell really, really bad when lighting on a coil burner indoors. Plus, they end up being quite small by the time they are lit, by this point your house smells awful and you do not get a good smoke out of them. Invest in other brands to avoid disappointment.

Great product
Best coals for shisha are coconut coals and these are perfect the size has been described as small but they are of the normal size comparing to a shisha cafe I visit sometimes

I was surprised that they actually worked! It takes ages to light, but they burn slowly which is exactly what you want for a shisha sesh.
