Very nice sound for a low cost. Works with Moto Z force with no issues.
Gives a serious and considerable boost of sound quality over stock DAC on moto z force. using boost mode it engages an eq effect that makes the sound really nice and vibrant. IMHO the Full boost is a little harsh but on the right headphones its probably phenomenal. does not seem to affect power consumption and is quite durable so far. 5 gym workouts :) PS. USE THE APP dont just connect up and expect it to be phenomenal. also update firmware regularly :) It can drive my full size cans too :)

Surpassed expectations
A great little device. Only slightly larger than most of the converters that come with 3.5 jack-less phones. Battery drain seems minimal for the increase in output. I use this with my (cheaper) IEMs and feel like it gets a lot more out of them. Obviously not a replacement for an app but I've been very satisfied with it. Even when using your phone in the car via aux cord this will add a little extra oomph allowing the speakers to be louder without distorting the sound.

It is indeed better than the little one that comes with Pixel 2
It is indeed better than the little one that comes with Pixel 2... as long as you install their boosting app. However, while biking (which is main application) it stops playing due to vibration, which is a deal breaker for me.So, it depends whether you want it to do sports and, according to BJR, the impedance of your headphones.

Better headphone audio from your USB-C phone done simply and affordably.
This product has significantly improved the headphone audio on both my Google Pixel XL and my Motorola Moto x4. Better volume, cleaner sound and much more bass punch through my Sony MDR-7506 headphones. The app is simple and easy to use, giving the choice of half boost and full boost. I also like that it is a simple dongle that is easy to carry around and dead simple to hook up and use. It's not high end audophile equipment, but is makes a big difference. My only complaint is that the short wire between the USB-C plug and the main housing feels thin and a bit flimsy. I'm not sure how well it'll hold up during a workout or such. For sitting and listening, however, it's adequate.

Very High Impedance
This has a measured output impedance of 40 ohms! Not suitable for multi driver IEM's. Note the seller asked for details and here they are. This is a REW direct measurement of the SE846 using the EARS (head and ear canal simulator) Google Dac dongle that comes with the Pixel (out impedance about .5 ohms). Nothing else is in the chain, no Y adapter, resistors, just out the USB C port of my laptop. The product clearly has a high impedance as seen by the Spl drop at 2-7 Khz-(this is where the Shure has a very low impedance). Note the difference with the Google Dac.

Perfect for my Pixel2 XL
Works like a charm. I had problems with the one that came with my pixel2 XL and with another one I bought, but this has been flawless. I've been using int for a couple of months.
