Lung Exerciser - Build Your Breathing

I have asthma. Being aware of the negative impact that the COVID-19 has for asthma sufferers, I became proactive in trying to help my lungs out without medications. It is working well as I am trying to breathe in a higher range and keeping my lungs clear.

The idea makes sense. Resistance builds strength and this definitely provides resistance when breathing. Not quite as adjustable as I would have thought but it works. I'll follow up if / when I see any of the promised health benefits. One week in - too soon to tell.

This product really works. I could tell the difference after the first use. I keep it on my night stand to use morning and night. I breathe much better. 👍👍

It works okay but the mouthpiece is very uncomfortable. Why it couldn't be just a tube, like a very wide straw. If you don't have a large mouth it's uncomfortable and makes you drool a lot.

I was disappointed to receive a personal medical device that was not properly sealed, simply packaged in a formed insert, in an unsealed box. I returned the product as I had no way of knowing it wasn’t previously used.

I returned it as It impedes your breathing both inhalation and exhalation! I did not like it at all as it gave me claustrophia not being to breath in or out. I bought the ball raising device from Amazon that is great!

Too early to rate the effectiveness of this item.
