Seven Slings are designed to carry full-term babies (over 37 weeks gestation) weighing 8 lbs or more. We recommend a maximum weight of 35 lbs (16kg). Carry in a variety of ways: cradle carry (0-4 months), front carry (2-8 months), and hip carry (6 months plus).
