This product is a must have for breast feeding moms. Quick, easy, and effective. The pill is a little large but smooth so I still find it easy to swallow. No need to try hot cold compress, massage the milk out , mix any powders or tinctures , pump etc. Anytime I feel discomfort and suspect a clogged duct forming I take this right away and it clears up within a day or two following the dosage recommendations on the bottle. I do not use daily for maintenance , just as needed when I feel a clogged duct coming on which has been 3times in my first year of breastfeeding. It has worked every-time

THIS!! I’m already in love with this product and literally worked same day to clear my clogged duct. Extremely effective. Big pillow but not hard to swallow. Doesnt have a distinct smell like most vitamins do. Ingredients list is small and I appreciate that. My baby doesn’t seem to be having any abnormal issues. She’s already a gassy girl so no difference in how gassy she is like I’ve read in some of the reviews. The first place I always look on a product, is the bad reviews. I decided I had read so much about this product being a godsend to give it a shot anyway. I’m SO glad I did. My letdown flow is back to normal if not better than before.

I don’t take this every day, but when I feel a clog starting, I take one, and it works the same day for me. I had a really bad clog at first, and it took about one to two days to fully clear, but after that, total relief. This stuff works wonders for a clogged duct. I tried everything from heating pad to hot shower to gentle massage, but this was my savior. Didn’t love the price at first but it was so worth it. I felt relief after a couple days the very first time I had to take them

I’m giving this 4/5 stars due to this giving my baby horrible gas and diarrhea. Immediately when I fed her the milk I pumped with taking this supplement she started having gas pains so I know it was the supplement. However, it does work to clear clogged ducts but if you can afford to pump and dump this could be the supplement for you. Beware of the gas for baby! I also didn’t have any side effects for myself. Just my poor baby.

I highly recommend for new moms!! I was unable to empty my breasts completely until I started to take these. First I was using 3-4 daily and now just 2-3 for maintenance and they keep my breasts unclogged and draining like normal. I have had so much relief after using these. The pills are on the larger size as mentioned in the other reviews but it shouldn’t be an issue unless you have difficulty swallowing larger pills already.edit: this product works great, but after using this for about a week, we noticed our little one is having digestive issues. This doesn’t happen for every baby but beware that this can cause that for your baby! We are going to try Choline and probiotics and see if that works.

This actually works. I was getting clogged ducts regularly until I started taking these. I take them religiously every night, and when I pump in the morning, I find the clogs in my pump. No pain, they come right out!
