Purchased this product in June 2018. A few days ago it would only go through the start up cycle but just repeat the cycle and not take you to the apps or other options. Called the company that sold it to me. This box is under warranty for 1 year, but NO ONE WILL HONOR THIS. Every company I called gave me another number to call, and no one answers the phone. Don't by this piece of S#$*(&, TOTAL GARBAGE.
