It works well
The ligature works well.It secures my reed just as effectively as a metal ligature would.The cap is a simple plastic one, it works fine, not exceedingly secure but then it depends on your mouthpiece shape.Personally I do not believe that the ligature makes any perceptible difference to sound.In general, blind tests show that one cannot tell the difference.But if you like to try this styl of ligature, the price is quite reasonable.

I wanted to try a different ligature for my mouthpiece.This one looks good and holds the reed securely against the mouthpiece.
