1. It took over 2 weeks to arrive2. I turned on the heat after recommended charging time, and after 10 minutes it was not heating3. The suction area is way to deep4. The design is poorI would give this item 0 stars if that were possible.

It’s not bad just not what it was supposed to be
It’s quiet, holds a charge and feels nice.No thrusting action, no heating, no suction, tongue thing is way too deep, the angle doesn’t allow for that function to be used on any other part of the body. Vibration speeds/patterns are too close to determine if they are different.Its not bad just not what it was supposed to be.
