I dont see anywhere on amazon that lets me contact the seller to discuss the issue im having with this product. Amazon wants me to leave a review and return it instead of discussing with seller and troubleshooting.It doesnt warm up.Its completely made of plastic, no "stone material"Much smaller than edited image would lead you to believe.

Not a tool I enjoy using everyday.

This is actually my first Gua Sha. I ordered it because I keep seeing the benefits on people who use it regularly. I want it to help me with my chin. I haven’t been using it for very long to see the difference, but the thing feels pretty good! I hope to start noticing some changes soon!!Thank you.

This Gua Sha device arrived uncharged and took a while to charge. However, when fully charged it worked as described. There are 4 levels of vibration speed, and 9 levels of heat. I did not detect any warmth until level 4, and it did take a while to heat up. At level 9, it was hot and felt amazing (no danger of burning myself). I did feel like the red light was lacking in strength, and I wish it was much stronger. The entire device is made of plastic.
