I have been dealing with some nasty tendinitis for 9 months! I was playing pickleball 5 days a week before being totally sidelined. I use the elbow compression sleeve to play tennis. It reduces the stress on the elbow and forearm muscle. It fits so well, you forget you're wearing it. I have also worn it in bed at night with positive results.

I have tendonitis in my right elbow. a regular compression sleeve wasn't helping enough, so I decided to try this support brace because I could adjust the strap. I don't overly tighten the strap, but sometimes I just want to take off the brace to let my arm breathe and let the blood flow...I'm still actively needing the brace, but it gets uncomfortable after extended use. If you use this less than 2 and 1/2 hours, you'll be fine, but if you try to use this for 6 to eight hours while working, then take it off during your lunch break. Material is impressive and does not feel cheap, it hasn't stretched out or started to smell funky. So that's a plus.I do recommend, but be careful to size it right, depending on how muscular your forearms are, or if you have big biceps/triceps.

I have tennis elbow in both arms, cold pack doesn’t help, hot pack doesn’t help!!! Nothing helps! Just got these delivered after laying down in pain for hours after picking up leaves and they work wonders! The pain is gone! Highly recommend!

The velcro strap is alright too, but be careful when adhering it to make sure you don't accidentally have it touch the other/normal parts of the fabric too - it's strong enough to potentially rip up strands or cause fraying.It used to be about $22, but now it's around $44, so it's gotten rather expensive and there are certainly cheaper options available on Amazon. That said, this solution been confirmed to work for my mom so I'm satisfied.

Tatsächlich konnte ich sie den ganzen Tag tragen, ohne Probleme zu haben. Oft habe ich sogar vergessen, dass ich sie überhaupt trage. Das Material ist angenehm.Der obere Rand der Bandage hat einen Gelring, der dafür sorgt, dass sie an Ort und Stelle bleibt – und das funktioniert gut. Die Bandage verrutscht kaum, wenn überhaupt. Nach dem Abnehmen sind zwar die üblichen Abdrücke auf der Haut zu sehen, aber nichts Schmerzhaftes – im Sommer könnte das allerdings anders sein, bisher habe ich sie nur im Dezember getragen.Die Anleitung warnt davor, den Klettverschluss mit dem Hauptmaterial der Bandage in Berührung kommen zu lassen, und das zu Recht. Wenn ich jedoch weiß, dass ich nichts körperlich Anstrengendes vorhabe, trage ich sie eher nicht, da sie manchmal etwas einschränkend ist.Noch ein Vorteil: Ein Zweierpack ist wirklich praktisch, da man sonst oft genau dann eine Bandage braucht, wenn die andere in der Wäsche ist.
