Solid but lethal to put together
This comes with a pair of protective gloves. USE THEM!Once it’s put together it’s very sturdy but getting it together is like juggling with razors. Some of the joints can be tough to push together and even with the gloves I managed to slice my finger and it still hasn’t healed fully after 3 weeks. If you’re careful putting it together this is a much better and sturdier storage solution than the plastic ones that cost around the same.If you’re a gung-ho, don’t read the instructions kind of person, it’s a one way trip to casualty

Not for the faint-hearted
Arrived in reasonable time. One of the pieces (a side support) was actually bent - a 'crease' along the whole piece. However, I decided it was still serviceable. Frome other reviews, I expected assembly to be really easy. IT IS NOT! The instructions warn that you "may" need to use a flat screwdriver to guide the lugs into the slots. You definitely need a screwdriver for this. Each and every one of the "Easy to assemble" boltless connections required a great deal of patience, an amount of force and a screwdriver to guide the lugs into the correct position. I like the idea of this but unfortunately the design is somewhat flawed and does not work as well as it might. While the shelves are adjustable, I recommend that you decide on your final configuration before starting assembly. Once built, it is something of a Herculean task to adjust the shelf height (and the instructions do not warn that there is a minimum height for sliding the shelves into the frame).Overall, I am relatively pleased with the finished article but getting there was a lot more difficult than anticipated.

Plan your shelfing spacing
Looks very flimsy in bits but is really substantial and rigid after being put together. Yet again it is the brief instructions that are disappointing - the trick is to work out your shelving spacing before you put anything together.Having said that, at the end of the day after a bit of the usual self-assembly sweat and muttering this is really a substantial racking and great value for money.

You get what you pay for.
OK, I assembled this today after having received it. There are no bolts . The whole thing fits together by slotting little tabs into other parts. Be careful moving it once assembled by lifting the shelf's can result in it coming apart. The verticals are split in two and then connected with four connector bits, this makes the structure less stable in my opinion. There are some strength bars in the center to support the shelf's, the tabs on these need to be bent to lock them in and in my case I bent them again once fitted to stop them flipping out.The construction method is extremely frustrating to start with, but once you get the hang of it, it gets easier. The shelf's are supposed to take quite some weight but the boards are pretty slim. Along with the less than sturdy frame, I personally would not expect it to take too much load, but that's just my opinion. It does what it is supposed to do, and it was cheap so I should not have expected too much, but if I were to have bought again, I would choose something a little more rugged and probably more expensive.

Cheap and good
Took about 15 minutes from start to finish, very easy to put together, done most by hand just a few bits needed a general tap with a mallet to seat correctly.Holds weight very well I have 35Kg + per shelf, for the price it’s a bargain will be buying another
