I use this product under the directions from my doctor. It is used to treat chronic rhinitis and prevent nasal polyps. The Sensimist is easier on my nose and relieves the symptoms of hayfever (chronic rhinitis). I use it daily with great results.

I used Sensimist for about 3 months and it was working well to keep my allergies at bay. The last month my stomach was really acidic and I felt nauseous 24/7, I was racking my brain trying to figure out what had changed in my diet and couldn't figure out was the trigger. Finally thought of the sensimist and a week after stopping the stomach pain has quieted down. I was only using one spray per nostril, so use with caution if you have a sensitive stomach and/or acid reflux.
