My work is continuously inspired by the world around me. Interior design, fashion, and nature are intrinsic to each of my designs. How fascinating it is that the combination and arrangement of colors and textures can evoke such a variety of emotions from a person. It brings me great joy to think of my art in the homes of people across the country. -Rebecca Lyon // Before painting, all Simply Lyon glass is purchased second hand via estate sales, garage sales, thrift stores, flea markets, etc. Each piece is then washed and painted with acrylic glass paints and cured for 2 hours in a low temp oven.
