I didn't buy this for hair growth, I bought it as my favorite spice in dal (lentils). It's hard to find ground fenugreek seeds in regular grocers and they are very expensive. I love that I was able to buy this in a nice easy-to-dispense jar--not a baggie like some international stores offer--plus it is a very good price.

I use fenugreek to add additional flavor to my curries. Since I make curry frequently, I like the economy of buying spice in bulk. It minimizes the packaging and reduces waste.

Jar was not sealed and was opened. Shipping bag is full of powder from the jar. I drop received product in garbage bin. There is no return for this product. Not sealed groceries products can.t be used.

This fenugreek powder is cheap and easy to use for rice dishes. I used some for biryani and pilaf rice. The bottle is small and easy to store.

I don’t know the last time I was able to find fenugreek in stores around here, and this one is better quality than I’ve usually been able to find at a decent price. This has a great fresh taste to it as well

Fenugreek is really hard to find locally; I always have to go to specialty international grocery stores in the city to get it. I'm so glad I checked here for it!This stuff is very fragrant and it is lasting me forever. If it weren't so fresh, I'd need to use a lot more of it. I recommend this spice!

The flavor was not all that good. Great buy from amazon tho. Amazon always supplies items i cant find nearby.
