Got my order today.Looks great! Love the firm ear hooks! Nice firm feel to it!Everything is fine except the earphone refuses to power on. I mean, I couldn't have been pushing and holding the multifunction button without intending to crush it.

Doesn’t bloody work, raging, got next day delivery because I needed them ASAP, charged them the blue light comes on, but the power button doesn’t work nothing happens, not amused

The media could not be loaded.  For about a week now I’ve been using these while both in the gym and walking around town. The first thing that interested me was the design, as they are very secure in my ear. For running these are ideal headphones as they never slip out, plus they can go quite loud.Sometimes when I turn them on and they haven’t yet paired with a device they produce a high pitch sound for a couple of seconds which I find quite odd. To put these into pairing mode, you have to hold the power button for more than five seconds, which I think can be very confusing for some. I personally think all bluetooth headphones should go straight into pairing mode. However, if I turn my bluetooth off on my phone, then turn it back on it’ll be paired with these instantly which can be quite useful.Clarity is good, even at low volume. The bass isn’t strong, but there is still a punch to the sound. To get a lot of bass out of them you have to crank the volume up to above 60%. For listening to music, I enjoy using these headphones. The sound could be better, but for most the performance is certainly good enough.For the price I have heard headphones that are both cheaper and sound better, however, the quality is better than a lot of other pairs. There is a magnetic piece at the end of each ear piece, so they can simply clip together while you’re not using them. The design overall is good and has a premium feel to it. very good product - simple to use - not brilliant at noise reduction, in my opinion. but everything else is 5 star.

After my initial scathing review of this product I was contacted by the seller and a replacement pair was sent to me. I have to say the replacements were much better only the occasional drop out and this quickly comes back. They are comfy to wear and stay in place even when I am hitting the trails on my MTB. They are slightly bulky and I do feel a little concerned that I might look like an early cyber man, but I guess to get the quality sound they need to be a good size.
