Nice Golf swing training aid
"Incoming winter, bought this Golf Swing Trainer Stick Pro Swing Training Aid because it's too cold outside. Hoping to improve my swing over the winter. The product feels good, has a suitable weight, and produces a sound for correct swing motions."

Practice indoors or outdoors.
This swing aid is simple to use. It is very easy to get the steel ball to snap, but the idea is to get it to occur at the bottom of your swing. Swing faults are not detected. I tried swinging "over the top" and "hitting from the top." Neither made a difference to the getting the snap. But there is value in practicing with this. It has a lower moment of inertia than a golf club, so I can focus on maintaining my form and completing my swing. I also swing with one hand, so I can work on getting the timing right with each hand. I was surprised that it took some effort to get the snap at the right spot one-handed. After that I found my two handed swing felt better coordinated. Finally, I focus on watching my imagined ball until I hear the snap. Recreational golfers cannot spend enough time working on maintaining eyes on the ball through contact. This tool helps with that.

Great for Portability, Warming Up, and Convenience
Like all golf swing trainers, they are only as good as your expectations and understanding for what the trainer will do. Like any other sport, training tools won't make you a pro overnight - if ever. What they can do is help you get warmed up and be an aid for when you are actually swinging an actual golf club at an actual ball either at the range or on the course. This trainer's biggest selling point is the compact and portability when compared to full blown swing tempo training / warming up aids that can take 1 or 2 spots in your golf bag. This is really great if you have a separate Sunday bag or range bag where you can only fit about 5-6 clubs at most, and putting a full blown swing trainer can weigh down the original goal of bringing something light in weight to the range. The built in steel ball is no better or worse than other trainers that use this method to sell on whether you are swinging properly. The fact is that not of these moving balls, weights, or clips can really tell you if your swing plane is at the right angle.Overall, a great tool for beginners and intermediate players and something to use at the range before getting to your actual clubs.

Visualization and Hearing Must be Used
Some will dig this -- some will find it hard to use. The click happens -- yet if you are just swinging without a ball marker it can be very difficult to know where that click REALLY happened in relation to where you are wanting. This combines with the need to really be able to track with sound. Its fun to use -- standing in the office. I have to place a ball down just to get me a judgement of timing. It allows me to take full swings as the extended length is perfect for almost any space. I've not been able to know if it translates onto the course as around me all courses are closed down (Snow/freeze)My kids couldn't use this for any benefit, they tried and just gave up. Couldn't really track the sound with the ball.

Heavyweight and Useful
What most impressed me was how hefty this thing is, when I picked up the box in which it was delivered. The Jiskan golf trainer is very well made and padded. It is designed to help golfers discover his/her "perfect" swing by literally clicking into place when this is achieved. The aforementioned weightiness of the trainer is a huge plus, as it also allows you to know just how much or little effort is required for your best swing, when using actual golf clubs. This trainer is a very valuable aid.I would be remiss if not mentioning this would also be of use in self-defense, if need arose. It has enough beef to it that it would definitely do that, and not hurt the trainer, either. Once you hold it, the thought will also occur to you, I guarantee. So remember that next time you have a belligerent caddy (just kidding!).Anyway, recommended as a great learning tool. 5/5

I like it
This seems like a good swinging trainer. It’s very well-made. It has a high-quality grip. The steel shaft appears well-made. And the end has a nice foam on it. The end is also weighted properly. you simply pull it out to extended it doesn’t screw or lock in the close position and simple inertia just keeps it in the open position as you are swinging it. I like that it’s short because you can swing it in a smaller room without ordering about hitting objects or the walls. it makes an interesting click noises you swing it. I’m trying to figure out exactly when that click sound is supposed to occur. It’s a sliding object inside the shaft that moves down and clicks as you swing it. It didn’t come with any instructions, so I’m not sure exactly when the click indicates that it’s a proper swing. but this is great for indoor swing practice. Highly recommended!

It's a golfer's weighted bat!
Baseballers exercise with weighted bats or conventional bats with weighted "donuts" slipped onto them. This strengthens the swing muscles and makes the "real" bat easier to swing. This Pro Golf Swing Trainer does the same thing for golfers. I'm not a great golfer but I enjoy the game and spend some time at the range and on the courses. This trainer has accompanied me to both locations and, on rainy or very cold days, even in my garage (not recommended!). and it absolutely has a positive effect on my swing power! A few swings of the trainer then tee up and swing your driver and I believe you'll hit a longer drive. I've had the trainer for just a few days but I highly recommend it. My swing feels faster and more accurate and I'm confident that as long as I stick with this exercise I will continue to improve. What I don't understand is how the "crisp sound" can "determine whether the swing power and posture are correct.", as stated on the packaging. In any event, I don't think that the thirty bucks it cost could be used any better to strengthen your swing and (hopefully) lower your score!
