The snaps on the wings come off easily which is a mild annoyance. I wanted this for everyday use because of back problems but its a bit heavy at nearly five pounds. (Which, in all fairness was listed in the description.) Otherwise though its a great little backpack, I can still fit everything I need in it and I get compliments everywhere I go.
