overly salty
it's quite salty, however if eating with an unsalted meal then that remedies it very well. The inner petals are a bit chewy and the heart is overly soft and creamy and so dissolves in the mouth instantly.

Jar was unsealed, do didn't eat them
Unfortunately, the jar arrived with the lid opened and oil spilling out. I would not eat anything from an unsealed jar, so requested a refund. A shame because they looked good!
