Police Sergeant Exam 3rd Edition

I bought several books to prepare for my test. This was the book that helped the most, I believe its Chapter 2, it helps you learn how to make the best educated guess if you don't know the answer! Highly recommend!!

it was full of good info about the exams. the book had lots of test questions that might be seen on the exam. not taken exam yey so dont really know how well it helped

Used this as a study guide for a sergeant’s exam in West Virginia. Ended up scoring highest on the test, so I’d say it did it’s job.

Good on the basic topics. Plus added exams.

I took 2 promotional exams in California(for corporal and sergeant) and this proved to be a very valuable resource. The questions were very similar to what was actually on the test. I think this book played a huge role in my promotion to corporal.

I did locate the item yesterday after over a month. according to amazon and the post office the item was shipped in early November. As of yet i have not reviewed the item.

Good source of general info

This book has a lot of good questions, but the Barron's 4th Edition has much better reading and explenations.
