Ideal for taking medication abroad
Just finishing a two-month holiday in SE Asia and took this for wife’s injection pens. Kept cool for ages; literally 16-20hrs easily in 25deg heat. Has spare ice water bottles in case you get caught short

Good quality
Bought it to carry live bacteria that needed to be kept cold. Used it for a long flight with a layover. After 20 hours the temperature was still at 2C.

Very different to how I imagined
Ok so this is basically a thermos flask. INSIDE the flask is a shaped plastic bottle. You fill that with near freezing water (2C they recommend) and then you slide that into the thermos and it keeps the inside cold for as long as possible. We bought this for a flight to USA. So we basically put the bottle into the freezer with the top off (ice expands) and then once frozen screwed the top on. As ice thaws it will contract and cause a small vacuum in the bottle ... however when suitcases are in an aircraft hold that can be very cold as well ... long story short when we arrived the flask was still cool. The only thing i would do different is probably put the thermos in the freezer as well so the insides are super cold to begin with and that again will delay and defrosting.

Arrived as stated and what I required
Arrived at time and date stated ,well packaged .they are what I wanted but feel like there is wasted space and need to wrap glass vials as they rattle within the container. They appear very sturdy ,just like a thermal.slightly strange to open letting in warm air to check temperature then again to remove thermometer

Very happy i saw this and read the reviews to help me purchase this.The size is good to hold 4 of my type off pens, vaule for money is good too. Good price.And overall. Keeps the pens cold longer than I thought and it's light weight.

Right size for my purpose
Holds the right number of insulin pens for me and does the trick. Not too heavy a nice feel to the lid.

Bulky
Ok but quite heavy and bulky. Unfortunately Lost it when away . So didn’t get to try it out properly.
