Very interesting book, full of useful tips and information.Obviously with anything like this there is potential for much of it to be out of date by the time you read the book, it would be nice, if having bought the book you got access to updates on the website but they don't seem to have thought of that.

Excellent practical based book on open source intelligence. What is great is that it is an updated relevant to todays times print and easy to read and apply.

This is an interesting book, MB is the source of truth when it comes to OSIT so don;t waste your money on other books. lots of useful info, so American focus but translates into UK.

This book describes a huge range of techniques for tracing and following people in the USA but I am not sure why it is sold in the UK as I estimate at least half of the resources described are restricted to residents in the USA. I would have given just a couple of stars because of that but the excellent explanation of techniques and websites that are usable in the UK still makes this a very good OSINT resource.

I have worked as a forensic investigator based out of London since 1977 and I say: If you are an investigator - buy this book! There are now huge numbers of OSInt books to choose from, most adding little to mainstream knowledge. Michael Bazzell has the knowledge (ex FBY Cyber Crimes Task Force), thinking and temperament of someone who is dedicated to learning and pushing the boundaries - almost the definition of a master. The book itself is easy to digest and is well laid out and indexed. Buy this book and you'll appreciate what I write is accurate. PH

Again Michael Bazzell knows his stuff. Has demonstrated extensively several times the value of OSINT but exactly how to gain leverage from it. His knowledge in the field is invaluable.

A great reference for anyone looking to perfect their reconnaissance knowledge. Once you know OSINT, the recon stage during a pen test becomes easier

Just as expected on time, and another good read. Had edition 5 and was so happy, this was my reason for getting edition 6
