I followed instructions and while the ExoForma did work, it was NOT CLOSE to the claims from the manufacturer. The product did not last long either. I figured I did something wrong, so I tried again with the same poor results. Save your money on this one.

This stuff works very well but applying it is a workout. It's easy to put on, but once it's dried for the recommended amount of time it is a real bear to buff to a clean finish. I was using microfiber cloths and the pressure and time that it takes to buff it down is no joke. Travel with a spare cloth afterwards too, because you're bound to notice some hazy spots you missed the next time you get some fog or dew on your glass. I'll tell you though, the stuff works well, and it lasts. I live in Seattle. I put it on 6 months ago and it's still going strong. I have no concerns that the yearly application claims are legit. You might not notice it working much in casual driving, but at highway speeds, even in heavy rain I don't even have to turn on my wipers. The water just flies right off. If I do have to run my wipers at lower speeds the water clears completely with no streaking or anything. Best hydrophobic product I have used.

I liked the built in sponge applicator. Solution worked well. Bottle wanted to leak too easily. Tighter cap caused inability to open to sponge applicator. Only was able to apply twice per container. Very strong chemical smell in car from the leaking of original container (pre use). Bottle could be better if the plastic top holding the sponge could be held while unscrewing top.Not as good as RainX but lasts much longer. Overall product itself is good.

Honestly, I saw another review which said it perfectly so I'm basically stealing that one.I will say that it does cause water (rain) to bead nicely, but a lot of products do that and for less money.I followed every step, after watching the video twice. Clean windshield. All prior cleaners and treatments well removed. I did half the windshield at a time unit the up and down, and then side-to-side method, creating the cross hatch pattern.It smelled of the alcohol base shown on the bottle so that was expected. The windshield appeared wet but not like there was much of anything else in the bottle but the aforementioned alcohol base. I waited for about two minutes on the first half, and I had to hesitate because I didn't see any beginnings of a change.Nonetheless, I wiped it off with a new, clean micro fiber towel and moved on to the other half of the windshield. Having completed the same cross hatch method, I decided to wait longer for this side to "set up". About 5 minutes went by with no change. It took a little more effort to get what little has "set up" off from this side but not much. It just never "hazed" as expected and as advertised.That said, rain does bead nicely but the drops actually seem to cling to where they land instead of running off, much less sheeting right off. In fact, as the other review I read stated, the drops only moved off from the windshield while driving, and then only when turning or as speed increased to around 55 mph.It seems a good product to help "repel" rain, somewhat, but it doesn't cause it to "sheet" and remain clear, as advertised.I had higher hopes. Too bad.
