I was replacing a 10 year old Jabra and while this one is twice as big as my old Jabra, it has 4 times the battery life, so that's a win. It feels robust and very, very comfortable in my ear. The ear loop is very soft so you barely feel it over your ear, and the bud fits perfectly into the ear itself.Once in you turn it on which is easy, it connects almost instantly. Then the volume rocker, mute button and disconnect/reconnect buttons are easily used without interfering with one another. The controls are perfectly laid out.The sound is great from it and people I speak to say the sound quality of my speech is excellent and they can't tell that I am using an ear piece, even when on the train.It comes complete with a USBC charging cable, 3 spare ear buds of varying types and sizes, and 2 spare ear hooks. In case you dislike the floppy silicone ear hooks there is also a rigid plastic type.There is also 2 soft ear plugs supplied. I'm not sure why these are supplied, to put in the other ear when you are listening to music? Everything comes complete in a small but tough little case with a miniature carabiner so you can clip it to a bag or whatever.For £20 this is an absolute steal and I don't doubt I will have this for a very long time.

Really good quality, simple to use and connect with good battery life also comes with 3 different in-ear soft buds and case haven’t had any problems so far. You can also use it to playback music then take a phone call just by pressing the call except button 👍 5 star from me

When I first tried this Bluetooth on a call, the sound quality was really bad compared with my old Bluetooth. After making a few calls and tested also with music, I was decided to return this product. Just before making the click to start the procedure for a refund, I thought what if I give a try the other earbuds that comes with the product. I was so amazed, there was a big difference with different earbud that fits better to my ear.It's not perfect, it has pros and cons. The main advantages are:- The battery last very long. I used to charge my Bluetooth every 2 days. This can last even a week without charging.- Although, that the sound quality is not very good for music, comparing to a headphones. However, the battery allows you to hear music or see a movie on your mobile phone without the need to worry if it will go off, even for the entire day. An average Bluetooth last approximately 5 hours with non-stop playing music.- With the correct earbud, has a good isolation of the ear, and adequate noise cancelation.- Range and max volume is also good.- Charger usb type c- Comes with a hard caseThe disadvantages are:- If you are using the earhook, those types of hooks easily break after a few months in the base that are attached to the Bluetooth (this is plastic). So, although that comes with 3 different hooks, you need to think about hook replacements. In my case I got transparent hooks extra.- There is no "voice notification alert" for battery when you power on the Bluetooth, eg. "remaining time 7hrs". This is one feature that I loved in my old Bluetooth. Now, I need to check the settings on my phone. It has other voice notifications like "power on/off, connected (doesn't say what is connected), battery low (when is too late)"- It does not include the feature to play stereo in both ears as the previous model (LC-B41).- Ear isolation except as an advantage, can be also a disadvantage, as while you have it on your ear you cannot hear very well the environment. Howevr, this can be fixed by changing the earbuds, with the ones that doesn't have good sound quality. So, you need to choose between good sound quality and ear isolation, or bad sound quality and hear the environment. Still, this is based on your ear.Good value for money, this Bluetooth mostly should be used for phone calls, but can be used also for music since it has a good battery.

I bought this bluetooth headset because I drive as part of my job and quickly got fed up of office calling me when I was driving/working and having to park up/stop working to answer. It's made my worklife much easier. This headset does exactly what it says it will do, it's light and comfortable and stays in place pretty well (I do struggle a bit with taking face masks off without dislodging it, but that's all about the facemasks - without them, it stays in place well). It can be worn in either ear (although obviously, controls are then on opposite sides when you swap over). It's very easy to connect to phone, battery lasts me all day on a 12+ hour shift, and it recharges quickly. The sound quality for phonecalls and online such as YouTube is great (I've not used it for music, seems pointless in just one ear). Could have paid a lot more for most other marques, but very happy with this as it does the job well and was not expensive.

Ease of use, excellent volume

Very low volume, even at 100% only suitable indoors at night with no background noise. Deffinitely not for driving or shopping. Recipient of the call also complained about low quality compared to others I used like Plantronics and Jabra. I guess this is how they keep the battery life so high - by limiting the volume and sound quality.

Very impressive and a reasonable price

After few months of testing this product I have decided to drop a review. The headset works well most of the time, with clear sound and great battery life, up to 3 days if you talk constantly. However, people on the other end sometimes can’t hear me well or very low, and I have to restart the call. Also the noise cancellation cuts out occasionally, which can be frustrating.
