It came in a plastic bag that wasn't vacuum wrapped, meaning it got more space for transportation, but I loved the fact that wasn't smelling, wasn't crumpled, wasn't in a bad condition, didn't need hours to stay to fluffen up.It is thin and light as expected since is 5 tog.For me up north, this is lovely for Summertime and I am very happy I was able to request it for testing.The fabric is very soft and of great quality, including the fact that all sewing was good and there were no loose threads or something that would indicate bad quality.I haven't washed it yet so I don't know how it will go through the washing, but I am not expecting any issues given the quality I see and touch.Photos of the listing are representative, and I am happy to recommend it.

Even though it is December, until this arrived, I had a one tog quit on my bed as I do not like anything that makes me over heat (I'm menopausal). However a one tog quilt seems to look lost in the duvet covers and on the coldest night I do need just a bit more warmth, so I dont need to resort to having to pull out a blanket in the middle of the night. The extra 4 tog in this makes a a big difference to how the bedding looks and is now just the right warmth level for me.So either as a lightweight quilt just for the summer, or winter if like me you just dont need a heavy tog, or if you are someone who prefers layers of sheets and a lighter quit, this is a pretty perfect choice.
