This is a fantastic product, I would certainly recommend. It's quick to heat up 5- 7 mins and it stays warm nearly all night. I would have been lost without it this winter. Can't praise it high enough.

Defective not worth it
Had only for a few months when it started to not heat up, not worth buying..

Ways to use item
No leaflet to guide on how to use item . Lasted less than a week

No instructions with little idea of how to safely use - for example how long it should charge for

Some minor issues.
Overall really happy with the bike however some parts were broken as we opened the packaging. Luckily We were able to fix it without going through the hassle of sending it back.

Faulty Product within 6 months
Was initially happy with my purchase but it soon stopped heating up properly. I contacted the seller; but no response received.I purchased the same product from a different website and it is in perfect working order.
