Effective though I would prefer them to be stronger
These glasses do exactly what they're advertised to do and I'm very pleased with the effectiveness with which they block blue light.I've been a long-time f.lux user and I've always thought it worked wonders on letting me sleep more easily after working around 2-3AM, but I thought I might also try these glasses to get some better color reference. To elaborate, sometimes when making powerpoints, using some color-coded software, or something similarly very basic, I will get colors completely and utterly wrong, like thinking blue is yellow or green is purple or something like that. My hypothesis was that it was because my computer screen was blue-blocked but the world around me wasn't, so that was causing my brain to mess up the colors on my computer screen. In short, I don't think it really succeeded in that respect, but I did find that these glasses helped to block the harsh light coming from other sources such as the lights in my room and (harsh!) fluorescent lights in the hallway.Using these glasses definitely made a noticeable effect in my sleep with my usual schedule now to put them on around midnight to go to sleep around 2-3AM. I personally use them in conjunction with f.lux to have maximum effect and find that, although they're okay on their own, they're not particularly powerful and I definitely benefit from also using f.lux. Nonetheless, I think they're worth the ~$15 I paid for them and I'd buy them again. My only complaint is that the build is a bit cheap feeling and thus the frame wiggles around. They can get smushed a bit awkwardly sideways on your head as a result, but it's generally not a big deal. I have since deferred to using traditional earphones instead of my beefier headphones when not trying to get an immersive sound experience due to the inconvenience of the headphones messing with the glasses, but I don't particularly blame the glasses. Seeing as the typical use case for me is in the couple sedentary hours before sleep, I really don't have a huge issue with their build quality.

I don't know whether filtering the blue light is corrrcting circadian rhythms or if the placebo effect has taken place here; either way, I'm able to fall asleep much easier since I've started wearing noblue+ glasses at night. Kick ass product.

Not good for sunglasses
Had to return. Lenses were a little too yellowy.

I love these glasses. I wear them while driving and watching tv. It definitely cuts the glare.

Better than UVEX. NO MORE HEADACHES.
Works really great. Not as effective as UVEX but with the flat lens on this one I dont get any headaches like the uvex. With the curved lenses the Uvex SKyper seemed to cause me vertigo whenever I moved my head around. Using a dual screen set up I moved my head around constantly. If your head is stationary or need something just to watch tv before you sleep the UVEX will suffice but the Hack Your Sleep glasses seem to have the best of both worlds. Sure it cost more but I think its definitely worth it.

I like the size and weight of these glasses
I like the size and weight of these glasses, but the dark frame bothers me as I can see it when I peer out. I do think they are useful to block out blue light so I can sleep better after watching TV.

I actually notice a difference putting these on and after 30 min to an hour I'm yawning and wanting to go to sleep.
