Sunflower Seeds 2 kg

I use sunflower seeds for bread making, to give an bit of crunch, taste and protein to the bread.This is really good value and honestly cannot fault the quality and taste of these seeds. Definitely will buy again.

Great quality, fresh, good flavor, nice size, not salty which is how I like it and we know nuts & seeds are healthy for us.

I use these as an healthy alternative to dairy cream. Water and sunflower seeds blended together makes a lovely cream you can use just like dairy cream. Tastes lovely and perfect for my whole food plant based lifestyle and cheaper than using cashews.

I haven’t given 4 stars because there are quite a few bits of black shell that have to be picked out but overall they are very good value for money so I don’t mind this. Will probably buy these again though not for a while as the bag is so big I think it will last for quite a while. I use them in our overnight oats.

I am very satisfied with the seeds as they are fresh, several months after I have purchased them, and they have a nice flavour, be it that you use them for a salad, as a snack or add them to your bread mixture. Perfect!
