great series of books for getting started with PIs
Great series of books for getting started with Pis. Depending on which one you start with, you still may have Q's, but answers aren't far away, either in another book or online.

A bit outdated
It says 2024 on the cover, but inside the book talks about the upcoming release of Pi5 in October 2023. Was expecting a book from 2024, its May now, and not fall 2023. However the articles and examples are great value, but if you are looking for information on peripherals and settings for Pi5 buy another book.

Essential reading for beginners
Excellent book for rookies like me

Great for introduction to Pi
Coupled with the Pi 5 and a few other accessories (keyboard, screen, SD card) and this has made the perfect Christmas present for my 8 year old granddaughter. I say that it's great as an introduction but it may be more advanced than that; it is simply that it is the first publication on the subject that she has had, and she finds it great to follow.
