OK let's clear something up. There is no 2700K (warm white) option, just the 3000K (soft white) even though it states in multiple places that these are 2700K. If you scroll down to the technical specifications, at the bottom you'll see "Color Temperature: 3000 Kelvin". Also, their use of the term "warm white" is incorrect. 3000K = soft white and 2700K = warm white. Anyway, this is not a deal breaker for me though and I'm very glad I bought them.I decided to see if I could "fix" the color temperature so I went to the local theater shop and bought a lighting gel, opened the puck light by unscrewing the top (bottom?), used the plastic cover as a pattern to cut out a circle, placed it inside the light and screwed it back together. The shade that I got makes it almost a perfect 2700K(ish) or warm white. If anyone is interested it is "Rosco Roscolux #302 Pale Bastard Amber" and one sheet should be all you need. With an 88% transmission it means it doesn't lower the brightness much at all.As for the lights themselves, let me just say that I love them. I really, really love them. They are well made, easy to install and the length of the cords makes it even easier. I wanted to make sure I could reach all the weird spots I wanted plus have the hardware out of sight so I also purchased 4 extensions cables for the lights. I'm glad I did because my one light would not have reached the way I wanted to set it up.Not only would I buy these again, I did.Don't forget the extensions. At $5 or so for 4 of them they are well worth the additional cost.UPDATE: 10/29/205 months later and I'm still happy about my purchase. They still work and look great. I only wish they made a WiFi version. To be clear, I wouldn't make them 100% wireless, just replace the remote and receiver with WiFi but connected to a smart plug, at least I can turn them off and on if not dim or change color.Still happy.

I bought these to put on top of some cabinets in my entryway in an area that needed light in the evenings. I liked that idea of these lights with the remote and thought that they would do the trick. And actually, when I placed them and plugged them in, the result was just as I wanted. They provided the right amount of light for the area and the remote made it easy to turn them off and on and dim them without difficulty. That lasted about one week. Then, they started dimming by themselves and providing very little light. No amount of playing with the remote would get the lights back to 100% illumination as before. No, I had to unplug them for some time and then, they seemed to reset to 100%. But after a few minutes, they would auto dim again. I don't really need a set of lights that I have to keep unplugging for them to reset only to work properly for a half hour or so. Very disappointing. Had they worked properly, they would have been an excellent lighting solution for that particular area, but they quickly became a frustration. Back they go.

I bought these to replace a few sets of the old, puck-style lighting that I had installed over and under my kitchen cabinets. We changed the color of the cabinets from a golden Oak to a gray color. The old lights were a warm, yellowish color so the did not look good with the gray cabinets. We decided to look for a white light to compliment the rest of the kitchen lighting. Having spent so much money remodeling the kitchen, we did not have a lot of money to buy high-end lights for the cabinets.The price for these lights is reasonable enough that I took a gamble on the quality. We installed them in a few minutes since I already had the holes in the cabinets. A big grin as soon as we turned them on. So much to like!We like the white color, the quality of the components and how thin they are. There was enough wiring that we did not have an issue placing them exactly where we wanted them. The remote control was not a buying factor for us but now that we have it, we like it. We love being able to change the intensity of the lights. The lights are very bright in the higher setting and very soft, yet still white in the lowest setting.We liked them so much that I ordered a second set for another set of cabinets that we have. We like that even though the two sets of cabinets are not linked together, the remote control can control both sets of lights simultaneously so all the lights are at the same intensity.

I was very skeptical of these at first, as I have had some bad luck with imported LED lighting in the past. I almost ordered two sets to ensure I had the necessary brightness for my display case. However, I found this kit to be easy to install and was really surprised at how bright they actually are. The self-adhesive mounting disks are of good quality and have stuck well for the month I have had them in there. Setup is easy, though I wish the cord with the power switch had a little more length-I have it plugged into a power strip on the floor and the switch is closer to the floor than the case, so I have to reach down to turn it on. I'll be fixing that with a remote control or something soon. The set came with a remote, but didn't seem to have everything necessary to make it work-no IR eye or anything. Still, I'm extremely satisfied with the quality of the lights. See attached photo for an idea of how bright they are.

I got these so I could put them under my Call of Duty perk bottles as a decoration. They are so bright that I had to turn them down. They were clever in that there are pieces of the wire that you don't have to connect if you don't want to use it such as an on and off switch and the dimmer. This helps shorten the cable length for cable management because there are a lot of wires involved. Once they are set up it makes the decorations look really nice. I'm not done with the perk bottles but the picture shows you what they look like, plus the skull that they are in.
