There was no lining. This is a very cheaply made product,not worth 5.00 dollars.

Umbrella free
I have been wearing this hat for the past 2 years. It has a snug fit but I can pull it down on my head so it stays on. The hat is lined with a flannel type fabric so it also keeps my head warm on colder rainy days. I think the hat has stretched a bit since I purchased it. Worth a try, beats carrying an umbrella.
