Got this today and love it. I did not receive the long shoulder strap that is shown, but I love it anyway. The only thing that did not meet my requirements was the side pockets. The zipper pocket is great, plenty of room, however the two slip pockets on the other side are a little short. They would not hold my smart phone or my glasses. These could be a little deeper.I am updating my review today due to the fact that they sent me another bag with the strap I did not receive on the original item. This is very pleasing to find a vendor who wants to see satisfied customers. Thank you very much; enjoying the bag very much.

I highly recommend purchasing this bag FROM THIS SELLER! I purchased this same bag from another seller but had to return it because it looked very cheap. I then saw this bag for just a few more dollars and decided to give them a try. I'm so glad that I did!! I'm extremely happy with it. It's made of very high quality material and does not look cheap. It's very roomy with lots of space on the inside as well as lots of different compartments. It came with an extra shoulder strap but the straps attached to it was all that was needed for me. I will definitely be purchasing more bags in different colors from this seller! 😁😁😁

Besides the smell, the bag began to fall apart after 3 months. I sent pictures and an email to the seller and received this response:"My friend, We are so sorry to hear about it. That the qualities of our products are being improved constantly. Everything would be broken during long time using, and it has been three months already. We sincerely hope your kind understanding. We will supervise the factory to produce items with better quality.Thank you for your kind understanding.Have a good day"3 months is "long time using". Seller offered no return/replacement/reimbursement. Total junk.

The purse appeared to be nice when I purchased it. Upon receiving it, I discovered the truth.This purse is the cheapest thing I’ve ever bought.The liner snaps into the purse. It’s not even sewed in. If I do much as reach my hand in to get my wallet, the entire liner collapses and I have to resnap. This happens 20x per day...at least.I couldn’t find my car keys, because the had fallen in the space between the liner and the body of the purse. I had to take the entire thing apart just to reach my keys.The thread holding the strap had already begin to come apart the day after it came.The liner itself is made of extremely cheap plastic and makes a terrible plastic crinkle noise when you touch it. It also smells HORRIFIC! I smell a constant chemical smell anytime I am near it.Complete trash! Don’t buy this-do yourself a favor.

Handbag is really nice. Perfect size to fit just about everything. My only problem is the smell. I took away a star because the smell is so strong. It’s a mix between a chemical and an oily smell. I’ve allowed the bag to sit out, I’ve wiped it down with soap and water and I’ve tries to febreeze it and nothing works. My hope is that after a while the smell will go away because I really like the bag.

Love the bag but the smell out of the box is strong like mothballs or something. I'm letting it air out and the smell is fading after about a week. I don't want to discourage anyone from buying the bag but you need to know you will not be carrying your new bag right away. Still all in all I love it. Its large and I love the front pocket. Mine is red.
