Poor quality
Assembled chairs this evening. Ordered 2 of them. First chair has a crack in the armrest. Second chair is missing 2 M6x35 screws and the screws in one of the upper supports were stripped out. Very disappointed in the quality

One minor issue (for me), but could be problematic for other people. Other than that, product is OK.
The chair seems to be a good bargain, and seems sturdy enough. It took me about an hour to assemble, but that's because there was one issue. All the pilot holes were prefabricated, making it easy to fit the bolts in, EXCEPT ONE. There was no way to attach the armrest to the back without the 1/4" pilot hole. So out came the drill, and ruler, to create the pilot hole for the bolt to fit through. This added about 15 minutes to assembly time.Not everyone has a drill, so this would have been an issue for some folks. Also, I found it much easier to use an electric screwdriver with an Allen bit instead of the enclosed Allen wrench.I think there should be better quality control to check to see that all parts are prepped and ready.
