Really easy to assemble

Difficult to beat at this low price point.

I bought a cream chair and a black chair. The cream one was fine. The black one had a split in the fabric around one of the armrest fixing points on the backrest. When I applied to return the item through the return button on Amazon, I discovered that the postage wasn’t free. On contacting Blisswood directly, they arranged to waive the return cost, said I could keep the damaged chair and gave me a full refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!AT YOUR OWN RISK IF YOU DO.I purchased a smart looking chair to replace the old tatty looking chair from my workplace. It arrived and I work from home just half to one day a week. Within a few months the bar at the bottom has broken. The company Blisswood initially offered a wait of 3 months for a replacement but today have said that it is normal wear and tear after only 24 days of use for one of their products and they will not be offering a replacement or a refund. There is only a 30 day return policy so anything breaking on day 31, you've had it for replacing or refunding. What a shabby company!!

Easy to put together. The size is fine,it's comfortable very pleased so far with the chair.

I was unable to sit very long due to no lumbar support I’m disappointed in this chair although it looks very nice
