I’m very impressed. I needed a quick solution for a last-minute trip. Unfortunately my laptop keyboard doesn’t work and without my docking station at home I wasn’t sure how I could swing it. This Bluetooth enabled keyboard is pretty perfect. It folds and is incredibly lightweight. I used it for three days without any issue on a single charge. The only complaint that I have is that the folding hinge is right beneath the left side of the space bar. It took a minute to get used to as the hinge was uncomfortable to hit, but after a few hours, I didn’t even notice it. It comes with a fabulous carrying case. Set up was very easy. I have a lot of upcoming travel events that necessity I work remotely, and I’m excited to have found a great, lightweight, portable, and effective keyboard! The Bluetooth enabled mouse that that comes with it was an added bonus. I never had any type of delay or connectivity issue.

I’ve been using the Samsers Foldable Keyboard and Mouse, and honestly, I’m impressed on all fronts. First off, the quality is really solid. The keyboard feels great to type on...responsive, comfortable, and not flimsy at all. The mouse works perfectly too, smooth and accurate with no lag or weird glitches. Everything just works, which is exactly what you want. Now for the part that really sold me: I somehow managed to lose the USB receiver on literally the second day of owning it 🙃. I reached out to customer service fully expecting to have to buy a replacement. Instead, they told me they’re sending me a new receiver for free. Free. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and it genuinely caught me off guard in the best way. It even shipped today. Bonus surprise I didn’t realize at first: both the keyboard and mouse can connect via Bluetooth. I paired them directly to my computer, and it worked seamlessly...no issues, no setup headaches. So even while waiting for the USB receiver, I was up and running. All in all, this is a great product with perfect functionality and truly exceptional customer service. I’d absolutely recommend the Samsers Foldable Keyboard and Mouse to anyone looking for something compact, reliable, and backed by a company that actually cares about its customers. 👍

Good and compact, easy to transport but could be lighter

This product is excellent for the price point. I bought this and used it for 6 months, everyday, for 10+ hours a day at my work. The multiple channels allowed me to pair the devices to my phone (Android) and any Bluetooth enabled computer, while having an extra fob for 2.4G wireless allowed me to be mobile in the event of having to switch workstations as happens so often in my role. This definitely exceeded my expectations as I had 6 months of zero issues. Around the 6 month mark, I began to experience some keys not registering. This was primarily the leftmost side of the keyboard which disabled certain keyboard shortcuts temporarily. The problem would occur when first turning the keyboard on and would only last a couple moments, then the keyboard was functional again. I emailed the support team, expecting to hit a brick wall and not get help. After a couple questions and a quick video showing the issue, they sent me an entire new kit which arrived within a week of my initial communication. They were very helpful, understanding and kind. The product itself I would give 5 stars--the battery life is excellent (in 6 months I maybe had to charge it 3 or 4 times), the keyboard has distinct and tactile keys for hand placement, and the Bluetooth/wireless modes switch within seconds allowing for nearly seamless use. The customer service was outstanding and completely offsets any issues I may have had as it is evident they care to keep their customers happy. I would be more than happy to purchase this product again and have recommended it to multiple friends/coworkers who are looking for similar items.

This is just a great little setup for travelling! I bought it so I could spend less vacation time fighting with my phone's funky auto-INcorrecting screen keyboard. The compact firm-side carrying case fit nicely into my carry-on bag, so I could type accurately while flying. The keyboard fits nicely on the seatback table. I do recommend a bit of non-slip foam though to keep the mouse and phone from wandering around - see picture. After the simple initial setup to pair the bluetooth keyboard and mouse with the phone, it's now an automatic start. No issues whatsoever. As soon as I turn the devices on, they find and connect to my phone. Could not be easier. The key size and touch of the keyboard is very similar to a "normal" laptop keyboard. I like the numeric keypad to the right of the alpha keys. All the keys are well labeled and easy to read. When I'm finished with it, I just switch off the devices and store them in their case. Easy peasy! For travel, school, or maybe just at home because you would rather type on a physical board than a screen -- this fits the bill perfectly. I highly recommend it!

I must say I am impressed with this folding keyboard. I used the USB to hook this up to my computer. The computer is attached to my television which is about 12 feet from my couch. The connection is very good. I was using the Logitech MK270 keyboard and mouse but this out performs that easily. The mouse is responsive and I have yet to get a connection issue due to being to far from the USB receiver. In short... What a great purchase this was! Yes I would purchase it again. Yes I would recommend it to a friend.

Works well, connects without issue and swaps quickly between devices. The keys are full size so it doesn't feel like using a mini-keyboard. Both the mouse and keyboard feel sturdy, but are very light. The folding keyboard is a huge space saver, and the carrying case fits well in a backpack or messenger bag. My only gripe is that I wish the mouse had the same easy access to the swap button as the keyboard. Putting the button on the bottom of the mouse make it feel awkward to change quickly or change without clicking something.

It's a good product in general. However, the build could have been better (plasticky) at this price range. Really appreciate Amazon for expediting the delivery to make it for my business trip.
