Perfect fit for T-49 cooler
The gasket is a perfect fit for the T-49 cooler. Removing the old gasket is fairly easy. It is friction fitted into the plastic track on the door. Pay attention to the location of the seal in relation to the door frame. For the top, bottom and handle sides of the door the seal goes into the outer track. For the hinge side of the door the seal goes into the inner track. There are cut outs on the plastic track to allow the seal for go from the outer to inner track. Press the seal firmly into the track. It's that easy to install.

These are easy to change. Make sure you get the right size for your cooler. No more leaking cold from my cooler

Mostly Good
The gasket does fit in the door channel as it should. I don't know if it is just the pair I got or the way it was packaged but the sealing side of the gasket had quite a bit of deformation which may straighten out over time. For now, the gasket has some gaps where the gasket is deformed and some air can get in. Our old one was completely torn on the handle side so this is definitely an improvement if not perfect.
