Omega 3 are definitely lacking in a vegan diet. After taking it everyday for 1 year I noticed a massive difference in my brain focus and brain health.

I’ve tried other types of vegan omega and all of them had an odd taste. This one has no taste, the capsule is small. Helped me with inflammation and hair.

When the bottle was opened, we found a strong, stale/foul odour. In spite of its Dec 2025 expiry date, we think the product is already expired or defective. We've had Omega 3 pills from other brands, too, and have never faced any smell issue there. We suggest checking the content without any delay immediately.

It has no smell like fish oil, good in taste, great in impact and works fantastic and have a wonderful work-life balance.

I chose this because I had read that algae based omega 3 is better than flax seed oil but this is only DHA without EPA and it's not effective. Plus it stinks so very difficult to take.
