It arrived promptly, which was good.The booklet with it shows exactly what each point is good for. It does pay to be gently with it to start as it does get deep into the points you press it onto, so if done wrong you can hurt and damage yourself (I pulled a bit to hard the first time I used it). You can definitely feel it working.
