Great product. Best tool I have for my shoulder mobility which is hampered by a previous surgery and overuse. This is not a product to increase strength, it is a mobility tool similar to a pvc pipe many oly lifters and crossfitters are familiar with. The addition of the fitness bands (surgical tubes) activates muscle fibers and you will feel the burn unlike a pvc pipe. The sliding "handles" allow your shoulder joints to "open" while doing "pvc pass throughs".

It's a great product, I've been using it for about a month now and I get a good workout out of it. I only wish I was able to get a higher resistance band set. The black bands are great, but I could handle a bit more resistance for my workout.
