I bought this after my old air fryer bit the dust - and due to using it every day decided to go for a high-end option. I do not regret it at all. The Dreo cooks way better than my old air fryer and is easily at the same level as the high end Ninja air fryers - but with the addition of the smart app to monitor progress and load recipes.I have found their customer service to be superb with quick responses to any queries I've had.I hghly recommend this combi fryer - it's a real stand out appliance. A few friends have now also bought them and agree they are great.

I thought the claims about what it can do were probably over exaggerated, to my pleasant surprise they aren't some of the recipes may require slightly tweaking but all in all it cooks food perfectly without you having to constantly keep an eye on things (which I did with the first 5 or 6 trials) allowing you to concentrate on whipping up a soup or preparing a salad to go with your Chefmaker main course, the app is really great once you get used to it, (it could do with some work and perhaps being tweaked for European weights and measures in metric and temp in Celsius) I think the app will improve once they start selling as many units as they do at the other side of the pond, the probe cooking is my favourite because it really seems to control the temperature perfectly turning out meals as good as most restaurants and I'm not making this up try the salmon recipe in the app using the probe you'll be amazed at the result, so I highly recommend this device

We absolutely love this air fryer, if you can call it that. The Dreo is so advanced that we have barely scratched the surface of its features so far.The main cooking modes for meat joints, chicken, and steaks have yielded perfect results every time! The water spray and slower cooking times make a significant difference.We love it!

This is so much more than a bog standard air fryer, it's not an airfryer as such eventhough it has this feature. It's like having a chef in your kitchen. I love a steak and when I choose Chef Mode on my thick cut rib eye done med/rare I have to say it took all the guess work out and was better than a steak I've had at Miller & Carter. The Dreo comes with its own app to download so if you wanna check on progress of food and you are not in Yr kitchen then it will let you know when food is ready or you can check how much longer you can linger in another part of your home.Fabulous little oven and I wish I'd got this before I purchased the Power XL as the Dreo is far more superior for sure.

I’m in Australia, but since Dreo refuses to ship here, I had to order via the UK Amazon site. I even pointed out that their UK model is fully compatible with Australian electricity—it only needs a simple plug change—but they still wouldn’t sell it to me.So, I bought it from the UK, used a forwarding service, and had it delivered to Australia—and it worked perfectly!The unit cooks pork knuckle to absolute perfection—juicy inside, with a crispy, crunchy crust. Best money I’ve spent.It’s just a shame that Dreo’s customer support wouldn’t help themselves to another sale. They could have made this so much easier!Even after receiving the unit, I contacted them again to let them know it works fine in Australia and suggested they update their UK technical specs to reflect 5.5 litres and 240V. But instead, they’ve just copied and pasted the US specs onto the UK site.Now, I am trying to order a replacement temp probe, knowing they are lazy and do the bare minimum to help their customers.

I can’t compare to other Air fryer's as this is my first , but this is fantastic , can send cooking instructions from phone , has a lot of recipes in the app and you prepare them just send the start commandThe basket is a little small so not good for big items and can only really do one thing at a time , I see other fryers have double drawers etc , but will take up a lot more spaceI am happy with this and I don’t need anything bigger , I still have my main oven if I am doing big meals

I have not used it as when the box containing the air fryer arrived items were missing. As I’m abroad on holiday at the moment I have not been able to sort out the issue
