This morning discovered a mouse sampled my stash of KING ARTHUR. She is not available for comment. Judgingfrom amount eaten she must have given K.A. a 100% rating.K.A. says it's a bread flour. I use it for all my cooking.

I am an avid bread baker, and I need to use a high quality flour for bread baking. What makes King Arthur high quality is that it is organic and unbleached, so I can be assured that it healthier due to the lower amount of chemicals used in the processing of the grain. I use bread flour because it helps my homemade bread to be lighter and fluffier. The 5-pound package had no rips or tears and was well wrapped, ensuring that the flour was dry and in good condition. The biggest reason I ordered this specific flour, however, was the overall cost in comparison to others I checked. I am very satisfied with the King Arthur Bread Flour and would purchase it again when needed!

Not only did my flour arrive and appeared to have leaked a little bit in the box it was in. It was extremely and I mean extremely small, very misleading if you ask me would not recommend for purchase at all. A complete waste of money to the trash it goes since it’s not eligible for a refund.

I love this bread flour it never lets me down. You can make pizza dough, Cinnamon rolls, or any kind of bred and it will never fail you. Most times when I try to find this bread flour in the grocery store. It's never there having it delivered to my doorstep is such great convenience and I am so grateful. So is my family when they sit down to a fresh hot baked loaf of bread served with your favorite dinner.

This flour is really good. I was having trouble with my sour dough rising and this flour does a great job to salve that problem. Little high priced though.
