It's a waste of money to purchase this doorbell
When I installed the Video Doorbell it worked as it should, however, after a few hours, it began to ping non-stop. After I re-installed the batteries and reset it, later the same day there was a repeat. Any flying object will be detected . After only 3 months I'm unable to reset it and the red light continues to blink. Can’t connect to Wi-Fi. It could only be viewed on one device, however, it pings on other devices without a view, continuously.

Didn't work
Added batteries and went through the installation procedure. The device responded to my phone, but when it went to connect to my wi-fi it failed without explanation. There is no technical support available for this device, so if it doesn't work, you've just wasted your time and will have to return it. Please note that the documentation page for the software shows a list of network devices to choose from so the doorbell can connect to one of them. However, the screen with the wi-fi selection only has a place to enter the network name. While this should work, it does not.
