The Bike is easy to assemble and rides perfectly. I had black which looks great, have taken it out twice and the battery life is good and the bike is fast and i was using 1 and 2 level most of the time. All in all, a great buy and happy with my purchase

This is a big chunky bike but it does do what it says on the tin. The brakes are poor, but they do the job; in a few weeks I'll replace them with hydraulic brakes. Battery life is pretty good. Going up hills is now a doddle and I have explored more and probably done more exercise over long periods without breaking a sweat. Have used this to travel to work and save on petrol. Looks good and comfy to ride. Throttle works well if you can't be arsed to pedal, but I assist pedal the whole way, pretty much. Fantastic buy that makes me want to go cycling at any opportunity. Only had it 3 weeks but it's looking good so far. A good buy, I'd say, but what do I know.

I definitely would recommend this bike to anybody. It is worth every penny. It does the job.

Nice looking e-bike. Easy to assemble. Will be buying the larger battery, as the one supplied is fine for smaller journeys, but anything over 15 miles wont last. I dont use the lower power assist levels that much, use between 3 and 5 and i get about 15 miles on a full charge. Overall, this is a good e-bike and with the larger battery it will be my daily commuter.

Helpful afterservice

I followed the instructions written in their user manual and got stuck at the first step : loosening the bike handle clip. The toolkit they sent did not get the job done. The bolt is so tightly screwed that the tool got striped when I tried applying more force to it. It is only this part that has tight screws, the other screws in the manual can easily be removed even without the toolkit. The screw makes me feel like I am screwed for spending this money to get a bike that I can't assemble. Just laughable.

Lets start with the delivery. Was due to arrive after Christmas, 28th-31st December which was fine with me but actually arrived before Christmas extremely well-packaged and polite courier who lifted into my home for me. I took my time dismantling all the packaging and thoroughly reading the manual which to my surprise was not Chinglish but well-written and easy-to-follow guides with images if required.All the tools required to finish assembling the bike come in a folding cheapo one-use kit.Taking my time it took roughly 30 minutes to assemble to the point I took it for a test ride.Everything was perfect the only issue i have with this bike overall comes from a folding small framed E-Bike which had a key that was not just for unlocking the battery but key had to be inserted and turned the correct way to enable the bike to be turned on, whereas the T1 the key is purely for removing and locking battery in place so this does not fill me with confidence when I leave the bike locked in a busy area as anyone can just walk up to it and turn it on and could cause serious damage if they engage it in walk mode when the lock is between frame and wheel I can imagine it could damage the bike.So if anyone has any ideas on how I can prevent it from being turned on without taking the battery out as this is another issue if i take the battery out for security and charging then the battery compartment is exposed to the elements. Are there covers for such things?Overall this is a great upgrade from my previous e-bike folding model
