Vital Vitamins Multi Collagen Complex Plus Biotin, Hyaluronic Acid & VIT. C

Thanks to the pandemic I experienced unexpected hair loss in early 2022 so, as per my doctors’ recommendation, I’ve been taking biotin ever since and I have really seen a difference! My hair doesn’t seem to be growing faster but it DOES seem thicker and healthier - and my nails are growing like weeds! These capsules are a nice standard size and easy to swallow (this is good since the serving size is 3/day). As with any supplement you’ll want to compare the nutritional table with anything else you’re taking to ensure you’re not getting a higher-than-recommended dose of any one vitamin along the way. This particular supplement contains very unique ingredients so I’m not concerned about getting overlap with the other vitamins I’m taking. Last but not least, it’s hard to speak to the effectiveness because if it’s something you're already taking it’s hard to notice a difference in the way you look and/or feel. However, if it’s new to you/your system, it usually takes a while for any real benefits to show up. I’ve been taking these for over a year and am very happy with my hair and nails. I have tried biotin and other collagen products and never saw any improvement in my nails that constantly split. This product is amazing. I see such improvement and my nails are stronger and they even grow out so that the white part shows for the first time in so long. They are not splitting and they don’t look wavy anymore. They feel much much stronger. FINALLY something that works!!!

I had to come back and leave this review on these vitamins! I had been taking them for about a year or longer. I thought about it,are they helping? My nails would grow,but still too soft,my husband was still losing lots of his hair. So,I canceled my subscription. Well! After a couple of weeks, I started having pain on one side, I thought maybe my sciatica. Then my husband starred complaining that his knees were hurting. I didn't put it together that these vitamins were the reason we hadn't had any joint pains. So, I ordered them again, and on second night my pain was gone!! No lie!! I didn't have that pain on one side! My husband didn't complain about his knees either! So, these vitamins definitely work on joints!! So glad I got back on them jow!! I suffered for a whole month wondering why I had this pain? I'm happy again!

I bought this product because I’m getting older and noticed brutal hair and excessive hair loss. However, this pill resolved my eczema that I’ve had consistently on my legs for the past 5 years. The doctors have tried anything and it would go away… but as a side effect of this pill my eczema is gone so it must be excellent for skin. Additionally I have been suffering from dry eyes for about 2 years and that also went away… so I will be buying this again as it seems to resolve perimenopause issues.

I got this because I have eds and frequently experienced joint pain. When I use these regularly I don't get the pain anymore. A added bonus is my nails are so much stronger now too. Update: This product definitely gives result. However, doing more research into collegen and what levels are ideal, I've found that this is on the low end of the amount shown to have good benefits. I'm about to switch to Micro Ingredients Multi Collagen Peptides Powder because it has up to 11 g of collegen per serving while this is only 1.6g. The price is also a big reason these are $30 and the Powder is $46 so not significantly more money for alot more product. Again though I do really like this product and it did help with what I needed it to but there are better products out there

Excellent product. Easy to take this capsule instead of adding the powdered forms to a liquid when you’re involved in other projects & don’t have time to do it.

Reversed my hair thinning and provided new growth. My nails look so much healthier now. The combination of nutrients is the key.
