AG Hair Curl Revive Sulfate-Free Hydrating Shampoo, 10 Fl Oz

This product is a little pricey, but I appreciate how it helps define my curls.

I have thick, permed hair with small ringlets.I need a product that will help keep my curls tight while also keeping my hair soft and healthy.My hair soaks up moisture.The shampoo and conditioner in this line do not give your hair slick on the shower. If anything, you'll feel like your hair is more coarse.BUT once it's styled and dry...you've never seen tighter locks with such sheen! Holy cow. And it last and lasts.Stuff is amazing. And you really need both the shampoo and conditioner. I've tried being cheap or swapping stuff, and nope. Not the same.It's awesome.R+Co makes a great line for curls too and does have amazing slick in the shower and your hair will feel like butter buuuut your curls will drop the same day.So maybe there's something to AG Hair, huh? LolWorks on mine and now I'm forced to spend the money on it lol

This did help to revive my natural curl, but it stripped the color from my hair. Not good since I had just spent $120 the day before at my salon. Expensive lesson.

To expensive and I don't like it. I gave 2 stars Because my hair doesn't falling with it. I used to use Devacurl and my hair was falling like crazy but as soon I started using this product my hair stop falling. I use now the AG coconut and argan shampoo now. That is my favorite.

I want to first state that my order arrived with product having spilled in the bag. The cap was loose and while it shouldn’t be acceptable for any product to arrive spilled, it most definitely shouldn’t for a $20 shampoo. My hair is incredibly dry no matter the conditioner I use after having started using this product, but it still manages to look greasy after a day. Additionally, the shampoo doesn’t lather well AT ALL so you need to almost do two rounds of scrubbing using extra product to get totally clean. If I don’t, my roots are greasy and dirty to the touch. I most definitely do not recommend this product, ESPECIALLY regarding the price. Totally waste of money.

Tangles my hair! I use the re-coil; so I thought that I would try the shampoo and conditioner. Shampoo is "terribly tangledly"! I have to use lots of conditioner to get the rats nest out!!! It is too expensive to use that much! I will NOT reorder! Save your money!!!

I have bought a lot of this in the past but someone has changed the smell of this product to an ammonia smell and I noticed the conditioner is also like that too!It doesn't suds up and has a bad texture.I wonder why.

Was ok but not what I was looking for. Tried to compare to deva curls. No comparison.

The scent is alright, and that’s the only good thing I can write about this shampoo. The conditioner is just the same. Trying to comb out my hair was like trying to brush through the driest, knottiest, stalks of grass or hay. This set was supposed to be moisturizing, but it was completely opposite, and knotted my hair unlike I’ve ever had before. The sound my hair made while combing was like dry corn stalks rubbing in the wind. I had to use a spray in conditioner (different brand) to even try to make my hair manageable and soft. This set is NOT worth anything!

I have very thick, curly hair. I thought that using a sulfate free shampoo that is formulated for curly hair would be beneficial for my hair and scalp. Unfortunately I experienced a plethora of scalp issues while using this shampoo (I have finished the entire bottle by now). Only after switching to a new shampoo did I realize that this was the cause of my dry flaky scalp and hair loss. Not sure if this just messed up my scalps PH or if I had a reaction to one of the ingredients in this, but based on my experience, I would be cautious with this product.

I really like the shampoo, really makes a difference with my hair. Feels lighter using this than the usual cheap tresemme brand that I’m used to. I have thinner but very curly long hair

It appears customs went into it as when i got the product, it was in a plastic bag and leaking everywhere.
