the instructions how to install are extremely poor .i need a full length step by step damn video to show me how to install or i want to return this ite

not buying again
I bough this because the original canon cartridge's is expensive. The printer doesn't recognize the cartridge when is not original even though in the description said compatible, is not. I also checked off in the setting for the original cartridge. The quality of the prints are not good at all, and didn't last.
