I can't believe how MUCH this product improved my sleep! I was being evaluated for the use of CPAP machine, and did not like the idea of the heavy airflow coming through it. When I searched online, I found this Sleepface Product, and the very first night I tried it, I slept SO much better than without any aids like a CPAP. This is an amazing product that I will continue to recommend to friends and family!

I was told it works. I'm a really loud snorer and my girlfriend said that these things helped shut me up completely. I'm glad that she can finally get some sleep.At the start, while using this, it was a little uncomfortable but after a day or 2 everything just fit right and it was very comfortable to sleep with them. If these start to wear, I'll be ordering more.

These are great product and are very helpful for my husband with his snoring. He said he helps him on his breathing and also helps me with my sleep. Easy to clean and not only that these are inexpensive. Highly recommended.

Bought this for a friend and they like it a lot. I kept the chin strap and it’s pretty comfortable but the friend said that the little nose tubes help them so I guess those work well too. Definitely recommend for the chin strap alone at least, I read that it’s very important for your health so it’s pretty useful and comfortable to have.

Great product thus far! It comes with some nice a variety of different sized nose dilators which is very convenient. So far I've just had to use the dilators and it's almost completely made my snoring stop! Very glad I bought this.

I have sleep apnea and have used a cpap with excellent results to snoring for years. However in the process the cpap air pressure has given me chronic rhinitis, resulting in constant sneezing and “allergy like” symptoms. In desperation I tried this solution and it does not work well enough for me. Perhaps ok for those with minor symptoms. The head strap is ok, but not enough in its own. All sizes of the nasal dilators fall out within 30 minutes. The tounge suppressor seems like a good concept, but chafes the tongue and falls off in less than an hour. I have a small jaw and large uvula and this didn’t work for me. Hope you find some comfort if you’re problem is minor.

The nasal inserts are amazing. I can actually breathe at night. I was very skeptical about using these but turns out they are incredibly effective in expanding the nasal passage and allowing air flow. There are several sizes included so you can find the right fit. I have not had any problem. They stay put throughout the night. Still getting used to device that pulls the tongue forward. It seems to work well and stops the snoring but find I take it off sometimes during the night but think I will eventually get used to it. The chin strap was not for me, felt a little claustrophobic with it on as it wraps around the head but that's my problem not the product. So 2 out of 3 work well for me. Very happy with the purchase.

You have to use the part that fits your issue. I have the, tongue falling back, restricting my breathing, issue, so I use the little suction thing, you put on your tongue. My gf says it helps, but it hurts my teeth and tongue. It is not terrible, but it is an issue. Oh well, better than nothing.
